This policy explains how Wonderbiz handles the personal data of people who visit this site and contact us.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Wonderbiz Unipessoal, Lda., VAT number PT517437619, based in Leiria, Portugal.

What data we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect:

  • your name and email (required);
  • your company, interest, expected budget and when you want to start, if you provide them;
  • your preferred day and time, if you request a call;
  • the message you write and the site language.

As on any website, the server logs technical connection data (such as IP address, requested page, and date and time) to keep the site working and secure.

What we use the data for, and on what basis

  • To answer your request for information, a call or a quote, and to follow up on pre-contractual steps (steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and your consent).
  • To email you confirming we received your request (same basis).
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse such as spam (legitimate interest).
  • To meet legal obligations, such as tax and invoicing, if you become a client (legal obligation).

We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We use providers that process data on our behalf:

  • Vercel Inc.: website hosting.
  • Resend (running on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the European Union region): sending the form emails.
  • Google (Gmail): receiving and managing the emails we get.
  • OVH: hosting of the domain email.
  • Google Fonts: the site loads fonts from Google servers, so your IP address is seen by Google when you open a page.

We do not sell personal data.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers (for example Vercel and Google) may process data in the United States. In those cases, the transfer relies on the mechanisms provided by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we later use audience measurement tools, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

How long we keep the data

We keep contact requests for as long as needed to answer them and, if they do not lead to a business relationship, for up to 12 months.

If you become a client, we keep the data for the period required by law for accounting and tax purposes.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise these rights, write to mail@wonderbiz.co. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limit access to the data to those who need it.
